INDONESIA
Our work in Indonesia is based in Jakarta and focusses on supporting refugee led responses to refugee protection and undertaking research about refugee wellbeing.
Our team is based in Jakarta and the focus is on a longitudinal research project to better understand how refugees cope while living in long term displacement. We also work with local refugee and community led organisations to promote inclusions and refugee wellbeing.
Refugee Wellbeing Study
Delivered in partnership with UNSW, UGM and SUAKA we are seeking to identify how to best support refugees in long term displacement to achieve a reasonable quality of life and improved mental health outcomes. The research will inform future program design for refugees in places of asylum.
RLO Capacity Building
We support local refugee led organisations (RLOs) to respond to the local needs of refugees and to collaborate with host communities. We provide support to develop skills, networks and resources.
